Global Clam Co., Ltd. is based in Gochang, Jeollabuk-do, one of Korea's main tidal-flat clam regions. We started in 2020, working on drying methods that hold onto the taste and nutrients of the clams instead of cooking them out.
Three years in, we became the first company anywhere to produce and patent freeze-dried clam meat. Everything else we make now is built around it.
